Is your contractor licenced? If so, what is their Construction Contractors Board (CCB) number? Usually, the lower the number the longer the contractor has been in business under that name. Does the contractor have established vendor accounts? Or do they order supplies on a "cash-only" basis? Look at their work - Quality work speaks for itself.
