What is "stamped" concrete?

Stamped concrete begins with regular concrete,  a powdered dye is spread onto the surface of the wet concrete and trowelled in.  Before the concrete hardens a set of rubber molds are used to stamp forms and textures into its surface.  The result may look like slate, cobblestone, brick, marble,or many other materials.
